Rock Moss Park is the South Strand’s newest flex park and offers up 1,500 square feet of climate controlled flex space, equipped with HVAC and a 14' overheard door. Located at the intersection of Highway 707 and 31, this site offers users visibility to the 21,200 vehicles traversing Highway 707 each day while being minutes from activity centers along the Grand Strand using Highway 31, Myrtle Beach’s limited access freeway.
